Sequel Rock On 2 to feature Alia Bhatt
The sequel of 2008’s superhit hindi movie Rock On is announced for which, Alia Bhatt has been selected for the role of rock-star. Alia Bhatt, however has not confirmed but has lit green signal for it.
Alia Bhatta who is currently working on ‘Shandaar’ with Shahid Kapoor in UK, is interested after having gone through the script of the movie Rock On 2. The beautiful and versatile actress has been an apple of eye for every filmmakers these days. Beside being cute, she also does very well in every role given. Debuted from Student of the year in 2012, Alia then never had to look back. She is now one of the busiest actresses in Bollywood film industry.
Rock On which portrayed a beautiful story of four band members and friends became the bluckbuster movie in 2008. Multi-talented Farah Aktar debuted as an actor and singer from the movie Rock On. He sang all of the songs of Rock On and many more later for other bollywood movies. Rock On bagged many awards including The Best Feature Film in hindi and the Best Supportive Actor in National Award.
Rock On was directed by Abhisek Kapoor but he is not repeated in the sequel. The sequel is beleived to be directed by a debutant director, name not revealed yet.
